Create a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Always know your WHY

Pray, Meditate and dare I say speak to your therapist or spiritual advisor. Remove all doubt and negative thoughts. 

Know that what you focus on expands.  Stop focusing on your set-backs. Push through the hard days. Every challenge is not going to be easy.

 Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know. You are going to need the encouragement and support.

Take responsibility for yourself. It's not easy making a decision to take on this challenge. You should be proud of your self! You Got This Sis!
